Green onions
Lemon
Tomato
Parsley
Cucumber
Lettuce
Bell pepper
Mint
Olive oil
Salt
Pomegranate molasses

Steps

Chop or grate all the vegetables.

Place them in a large bowl and squeeze lemon juice over them. Adjust the amount of lemon juice to taste, depending on the size of the bowl.

The salad is now ready. You can add some fried bread pieces on top if you like.
