Ingredients

  1. sheetswhole rice noodle
  2. cubesroast pork, cut into small
  3. stripsomelet, cut into thin
  4. stripsVietnamese pork sausage (giò chả), cut into thin
  5. stripscucumber, cut into thin
  6. pineapple, sliced
  7. lettuce and cilantro

Steps

    Lightly oil a pan with a paper towel, pour in the beaten eggs, and cook a thin omelet over low heat. After 3 minutes, flip and cook the other side, then transfer to a plate.

    Cut all the ingredients into thin strips and arrange them on a plate.

    Prepare the cucumber and pineapple.

    Make the dipping sauce: Add 1/2 cup hot water to a bowl, then mix in 5 tablespoons fish sauce, 5 tablespoons sugar, and 4 tablespoons vinegar. Adjust to taste, then add minced garlic and chili.

    Lay out a rice noodle sheet, add a little of each filling—lettuce, herbs, pork, and more.
