Dip the rice paper in water for 7-10 seconds.

Place it on a dry towel

Add your vegetables and fried meat (I'm using pork) on one half of the rice paper. Vegetables should be well washed and cut into strips.

Fold the rice paper around the vegetables and meat and it's ready to eat.
