Ingredients

  1. 1/3 cupsugar (about 67 grams)
  2. 1/2 cupCointreau (about 120 ml)
  3. 2lemons (sliced)
  4. 2oranges (sliced)
  5. 1 1/2 cupslemonade or lemon-lime soda (about 355 ml)
  6. 2 cupsgood quality red wine (about 1/2 liter)
  7. 5-10ice cubes (depending on their size)
  8. 1/4 cuporange liqueur (such as Licor 43, about 60 ml)

    Slice the fruit and place it in a pitcher.

    Add the sugar and mix it with the fruit using a wooden spoon. Let it sit for 5 minutes to macerate.
