Ingredients

  1. 1 kgBlack Plum
  2. 1 inchGinger roughly chopped
  3. 1 pinchilaichi powder
  4. 1 pinchnutmeg powder
  5. 1 tspsodium benzoate
  6. 1-2 cupSugar

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash blackplum with running water and pressure cook it for 1 wistle with 2 cup of water

  2. 2

    Mash it inside the cooker so all seeds will get seperate. Now first squeez out juice with muslin cloth. Try it little harder so no juice left.

    You will get around 1litter juice out of it. Now heat this juice with all remaining ingredients. I used only 1 cup of sugar. If you like you can use more. Bring it to boil on high flame and let it simmer on low flame until it reduced to half or you see spoon gets coated with syrup.

    Strain it once again so all pieces of ginger and other will strain out. Let it get cool. Store it in air tight bottle in refrigeration.

    Drink in with water. But it tastes better with clud soda.
