Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsall-purpose flour (about 250 grams)
  2. 1/2 cuppeanut butter (I used Skippy)
  3. 3/4 cuppowdered sugar (about 90 grams)
  4. 1/2 cupvegetable oil (about 110 ml)
  5. 1 tablespoonpowdered milk
  6. 1/2 teaspoonsalt
  7. 1 tablespoonmargarine
  8. Additional ingredients:
  9. Egg yolk for brushing
  10. Roasted peanuts for garnish

Cooking Instructions

    Mix the sugar, oil, peanut butter, salt, margarine, and powdered milk until just combined using a mixer on low speed, or a whisk until evenly mixed

    Add the flour and mix until the dough is smooth

    Shape the dough as desired, either by rolling it evenly or using a mold

    Brush with egg yolk (I added a little yellow food coloring) and sprinkle with roasted peanuts. --2 egg yolks + 1 teaspoon liquid milk for brushing

    Bake in the oven at 300°F (150°C) for 25-30 minutes. Adjust according to your oven

    Remove, cool, and store in a jar
