Steps

  1. 1

    Select medium to lay potatoes

  2. 2

    Wash peel and rewash

  3. 3

    Trim on slice into 1cm strips

  4. 4

    Cut the slice into 1cm dice

  5. 5

    Cook in hot shallow oil in a frying pan until golden brown

  6. 6

    Drain season lightly and serve sprinkled with chopped Presley
