I love this recipe cause it's quick and easy to cook and are cooked with ingredients that are readily available.Best served with rice or chapatis

Peal and Dice the potatoes. Bring the green peas to boil. Fry the onion in a pan till golden brown add the minced meat. Stir for a minute and cover for a few minutes add the potatoes and a bit of water and let it simmer. Add the tomatoes and cover. Add the green peas and a little salt to taste add a little water and let it simmer for another few minutes. Serve hot
