Chop the chicken into strips and put in a pan with some oilve oil and brown for 5 -10 minutes.

While the chocken is cooking, make the sauce by mixing the soy sauce and hoi sin sauce.

When the chicken is cooked, pour the sauce onto the chicken and heat through for 2 minutes. Serve the chicken with rice and broccoli.
