Wash bitter leaf and boil to remove bitterness

Boil your fish and set aside

Boil cocoyam and grind to paste

Put the cups of water in a pot and boil...putting all ingredient aside cocoyam, leaves, and fish

Allow to boil then add cocoyam paste and allow to dissolve

Add your fish and fish stock,and the bitterleaves the allow for 20 minutes

Serve with semovita or any other accompaniment
