Greengram stew served with rice

Wash and soak the greengrams for a maximum of 5 hours.

Boil for around 1 hour in medium heat. Add a pinch of salt and boil until soft.

Heat oil in a sauce pan and fry the onions until light brown. Add ginger and garlic paste.continue frying while stirring for 2 minutes.

Add the tomatoes and all the spice powder. Cook until the tomatoes becomes mushy

Add the pre boiled green grams add knorr beaf. Add water to the level of green grams and stir well.

Add water to the level of greens gram and stir well

Cover and simmer for five minutes and adjust Salt.

Serve with rice.
