  • 1cucumber (sliced thinly)
  • 1 bunchpea sprouts (cut into 3 cm length)
  • 15-20 g salted kelp
  • 1-2 tbspsesame oil
  • white sesame for topping
  • mayonnaise (optional)

    Combine all ingredients in a bowl well (except mayonnaise). Let stand for a while to soak up.

  2. 2

    Add mayonnaise and mix well (optional). Sprinkle sesame on top.
