Ingredients

20 minutes
1 serving
  • Hot deep fried fish (one)
  • 2tomatoes
  • halfonion
  • cooking oil (3 tbs)
  • 1red pepper
  • little salt

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Add oil in a sufuria then onions then tomatoes then pepper.

  2. 2

    Fry them together for 5-10 mins. Remove from heat. If the deep fried fish is cold warm it using microwave.

  3. 3

    Serve with Ugali
