Garnished hello rice and pepper chicken

Start by washing carrot green bean onion pepper,cut carrot with knife,you get blender and blend pepper and onion,thereafter you get a clean pot and put fire then you add water allow it for 3min add 6cups of rice.

You allow the rice to parboiled for 10minute thereafter you get filter or sieve and wash the rice.

Put back the empty pot on fire and 2cups of vegetable oil and allow to go.

As soon as the oil hot you slice onion pour,pour your blended pepper and begin to stir, stir for 8minute then you add Maggi,2table spoon of crayfish and add 1 cup of water add jollof seasoning, curry, thyme,and a pinch of salt then cover the pot allow it to boil.

When start boiling you pour your rice and mix properly after 10minute you add your diced carrot, green Bean,and cover the pot till the water dried completely.

Wash your chicken spice it cooked it, fried it

Blend your pepper and onion

Put your frying pan on fire add oil pour your blended pepper for 5minute pour your fried chicken inside the sauce stir it, stick your chicken on stick and garnished with your slice fresh tomatoes.

Served along side with your garnished jellof rice enjoyed hot.
