Sabudana Vada #monsoon
Perfect snack for this monsoon weather. Hope you like it
Steps

First wash the sabudana and soak them for 3 hours in water. You will see the sabudana swell. After 3 hours, drain the excess water using seive and keep it aside.

Meanwhile boil the potatoes and mash them

Either use pre-roasted peanuts or roast the raw peanuts. Grind them coarsely

Now take a bowl and mix sabudana, mashed potatoes, peanuts, garam masala, salt, coriander leaves, green chilly. Mix it well

Take small portions of the mixture and flatten them using your palm to make it like patties
- 6
Fry them in the oil until they become golden brown. (Deep fry)

Use tissues to soak excess oil. Serve hot with tomato sauce
