  • 2eggs
  • 2medium tomatoes
  • 1medium onion
  • 1/4 teaspoonroyco
  • 1 pinchsalt
  • 5tblspn cooking oil

  1. 1

    Beat eggs in abowl, add salt and royco.

  2. 2

    Chop onions and tomatoes, then heat cooking oil in a sufuria.

  3. 3

    Add onions let it cook until it changes to brown.

  4. 4

    Add tomatoes and smash them, add beaten eggs, stir slowly as you change sides and let it cook.

  5. 5

    Serve hot.
