Yakiniku (barbeque) is a Japanese way of roasting meat. I hope you will love it as much as I do. Enjoy!

First set up to prepare the marinade.

Mix all the ingredients together, finely chopped garlic, soy sauce, sugar and salt then stir.

For your meat, cut horizontally to make thin strips. This makes it easy to cook and the meat soaks up the marinade easily.

Dip your nicely cut slices into the marinade.
- 5
Place the marinated pork slices on your roaster (or pan). Cook each side for about 5mins.
- 6
Chop into nice strips and Serve with rice and vegetables.
