Put meat to boil with salt, tbsp of oil 1 cup of water

After the water has evaporated, add 3 tbsp of oil and cook until the meat starts to brown

Add garlic and ginger and stir for 3 minutes until a sweet aroma is produced. Then add onions and cook until they become soft

Add spices(garam Masala, pilau masala, mixed spices, salt) and let them cook for 5 minutes. Then add the chopped coriander.

Add 3/4 litres of water and add rice, cover and cook for 30 minutes

After 30 minutes,uncover and stir then let it simmer for 15minutes then after 30 minutes, test if the pilau is soft, it is soft, serve, if it is not, add water and cook for 10 more minutes then serve.
