A very simple and hearty dish you can make in 15 minutes flat! (You can substitue penne or any pasta you prefer)

First, put on a pot of water to boil on a high heat. Next, finely dice your onion and garlic clove and toss in a hot pan with some olive oil until lightly browned

add the canned tomatoes to the pan and lower the heat to medium. This should simmer for around 15 minutes. Break down the tomatos a little

While your sauce is simmering, lightly fry the chopped chicken in some olive oil until browned, and add your spaghetti to the boiling water and stir

Next, add your browned chicken to the tomato sauce mix and continue to simmer.

Once the spaghetti is cooked to your liking, add it to the chicken and sauce, add salt and pepper and combine over the heat for a minute or so. Then serve!
