2 servings

1/3 lbground smoked ham
2 largeeggs
2 tbspmayonnaise
1 tspyellow prepared mustard
1/4 tspdill weed
1/4 tspcilantro
1 1/2 tspchopped parsley
2 tbspbutter

Steps

In a frying pan add butter. When the butter melts add ham, and fry.

After 3 minutes add eggs mix stirring constantly.

When eggs are done move it to a bowl add cilantro, parsley, and dill weed. Mix serve. Hope you enjoy!
