Preheat pan or grill to med-hi heat. Trim excess fat from chicken

Place chicken in a resealable plastic bag. Add seasoning, oil, lemon or lime juice. Let sit for 30 min or longer.

Coat pan or grill surface with grill spray. Grill chicken for 6 to 7 minutes until juices run clear or internal temp is 165 F.

Combine salsa ingredients except salt and pepper.

Top chicken with salsa and serve immediately.
