Ingredients

  1. 1 tbspolive oil
  2. 1 lbground chicken
  3. 2 clovegarlic minced
  4. 1onion diced
  5. 1/4 cuphoisin sauce
  6. 2 tbspsoy sauce
  7. 1 tbsprice wine vinegar
  8. 1 tbspginger
  9. 1 tspsiracha or to taste
  10. 8 ozcan whole water chestnuts - drained/diced
  11. 2green onions
  12. 1 headbutter lettuce
  13. 1salt and pepper to taste

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    Heat olive oil over medium heat

  2. 2

    Add ground chicken - cook until browned. Make sure to crumble as it cooks.

  3. 3

    Drain excess fat

  4. 4

    Stir in garlic, onion, hoisin sauce, soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, ginger, and siracha until onions have because translucent

  5. 5

    Stir in can water chestnuts, and green onions until tender

  6. 6

    Season with salt and pepper

  7. 7

    Serve with lettuce

Had some leftover pork loin. Used it instead of chicken. Came out awesome!
Great recipe! Sauce tastes like the real thing!
