All ingredients are easily available at home. So no hustle bustle. And it tastes awesome! Sorry for blurred and poor picture quality. Actually I was working single handedly, so just clicked pictures in hurry.

1chicken breast (cubed)
1onion (chopped)
2 tbspfajita seasoning
8flour tortillas
1mozzarella cheese
spread
4 tbspmayonnaise

Make the spread by mixing all ingredients under spread.

In a pan, heat oil, add chicken cubes and cook. Add fajita seasoning. Add onions and just cook for a minute.

To assemble the quesadilla, take 2 tortillas add the spread on both, add chicken on one and loads of cheese. Close by putting the other one over it.

Grill on a pan. Apply some butter on both sides to crisp.

Cut into 4 parts with the help of pizza cutter and serve with sour cream and salsa.
