Garnished jellof rice with chicken
Steps

Put your rice on the fire and boil for 30minutes

Drop the pot down and wash the rice,set it aside to cool

Wash the pot clean or put a new one on the fire and add vegetable oil to it,allow it to hot,add your chopped onions to it and fry

Add your blended tomatoes and pepper and onions, fry them together,add your and maggi to it

Fry till u have a paste and add water to it,add your rice and cover the pot

Allow it to boil for 20minutes, add your fried chicken,when the water is dried completely, drop the rice and serve
- 7
Slice onions and tomatoes round and put by the side of the rice.Enjoy your meal
