Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 400 grchicken breast
  2. 1/2onion, sliced thinly
  3. 2 tbspchar siu sauce (I used the bottled kind)
  4. 1 tbspoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Pour oil to the slow cooker.

  2. 2

    Layer the onion, and then chicken breast.

  3. 3

    Pour the sauce on top.

  4. 4

    Cook HIGH for 3 hours. Shred the chicken before serving.
