Ingredients

4 servings

400 grchicken breast
1/2onion, sliced thinly
2 tbspchar siu sauce (I used the bottled kind)
1 tbspoil

Steps

Pour oil to the slow cooker.

Layer the onion, and then chicken breast.

Pour the sauce on top.

Cook HIGH for 3 hours. Shred the chicken before serving.
