Fry till the just start turning brown then add the chopped bell pepper

Sauté for 7 minutes then add the ground chuck, tomato sauce, and spices. Add Horseradish and parsley.

Steam the mixed vegetables and stir in.

Not difficult, great flavor, pretty quick.Found some Rapini at the store, not something I see around here, so I bought a bunch. Any greens should work with this, collard, mustard, etc. Found a few recipes I sort of combined and modified to come up with this one. And it is very good.
