Ingredients

8 servings
  1. 2 poundsground chuck
  2. 1/4 cupbutter/ghee/clarified butter
  3. 15 ouncecan of chickpea
  4. 1large yellow bell pepper
  5. 1 tablespoonsalt
  6. 1 tablespoonred wine vinegar
  7. 1 teaspoonground black pepper
  8. 1-1/2 cuptomato sauce
  9. 2 tablespoonsprepared Horseradish
  10. 1/4 cupchopped parsley
  11. 1 poundmixed vegetables

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Melt the ghee / butter. Drain the chickpeas and add to the ghee.

    Fry till the just start turning brown then add the chopped bell pepper

  3. 3

    Sauté for 7 minutes then add the ground chuck, tomato sauce, and spices. Add Horseradish and parsley.

  4. 4

    Steam the mixed vegetables and stir in.
