In a bowl mash bananas along with sugar

Beat in the egg, then add the flour along with baking soda and baking powder.(Don't forget the sieve the flour before mixing).

Next add vanilla essence and a pinch of salt and mix well by adding milk little by little.

Make the batter not too thick not too thin

Once the batter is ready deep fry by spooning in the batter forming round balls.

Deep fry till golden brown. Drain excess oil on a tissue.

And ur banana fritters are ready to eat
