Heat olive oil in large skillet over medium heat

Add beef and brown on all sides to sear meat, about 4 minutes

Combine beef, onion,carrots, salt, pepper, thyme, rosemary and bay leaf

Pour in beef broth and stir

Lid and cook on low 8-10 hours

Mix cornstarch and water, pour into crock with peas and stir

Lid and cook 15-20 minutes on high until thickened

Serve over rice, mashed potatoes, or pasta
