  5. 1/2 tspblack salt
  6. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  7. to tastesalt
  8. for gravy:
  9. 2big size onion
  10. 1green chilli
  11. 4-5garlic cloves
  12. 1 inchginger piece
  13. 1 cupcurd
  14. salt
  15. 1/2 tspdegi mirch
  16. 1/2 tspgaram masala
  17. 1 tspcoriander powder
  18. 1 tspcumin seeds
  19. oil
  20. 1/2 tspkasoori metthi

    Sbse phle brinjal ko wash kr cross cut laga le,ab isme dry spices fill kre(salt,garam masala,red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder).
