Ingredients

  1. 1 cup□ Water
  2. 1 packet□ Banana jelly
  3. 1 cup□ Water
  4. 1 packet□ Strawberry jelly
  5. 1 cup□ Cream
  6. □ Mixed fruit Cocktail 1 cup or as desired (strained)
  7. 1 litre□ Milk
  8. 1 cup□ Condensed milk
  9. 1/2 cup□ Vermicelli (coloured)
  10. 3-4 TBS□ Vanila custard powder
  11. □ Sugar 1/2 cup or to taste
  12. 1/4 cup□ Water
  13. □ Dry fruits(chopped)as required

Steps

  1. 1

    In saucepan,add water and bring it to boil,add banana jelly and cook until dissolved,pour in a dish and refrigerate until set then cut in desired shape.

    In saucepan,add water and bring it to boil,add strawberry jelly and cook until dissolved,pour in a dish and refrigerate until set then cut in desired shape.

    In bowl,add Olper’s cream,mixed fruit cockatil,mix well and set aside.

  4. 4

    In pot,add milk and heat it,add vermicelli colored,Condensed milk and mix well

  5. 5

    Add sugar and cook until sugar dissolves

  6. 6

    In bowl,add vanilla custard powder and water,mix well.

  7. 7

    Gradually add dissolve vanilla custard,stir continuously and cook until milk is thickened

  8. 8

    Put off from flame and let it cool,add cream & fruits and mix well

  9. 9

    In serving dish,add jelly cubes and lab-e-shireen.

  10. 10

    Garnish with strawberry jelly,banana jelly,dry fruits and serve.
