Creamy chicken in rice with veggies

Prep the rice as stated on the packages. Mix the pepper in with the rice as it cooks.

Steam the broccoli in the microwave.

Once the rice and pepper is cooked stir in the broccoli and chicken. Turn down the burner so the rice doesn't burn to the pan.

Sprinkle the parsley, parmesan cheese, and shredded cheese onto of the mixture and cover just to melt the cheese.
- 5
Enjoy.
