  1. 3 bunchesenoki mushrooms
  2. 3 tbspsoy sauce
  3. 3 tbspsake
  4. 3 tbspmirin (sweet sake for cooking)

    Chop enoki mushrooms into small pieces. Cook it with the other ingredients till it is well done (we should vaporize some alcohol).
