  • 3 bunchesenoki mushrooms
  • 3 tbspsoy sauce
  • 3 tbspsake
  • 3 tbspmirin (sweet sake for cooking)

    Chop enoki mushrooms into small pieces. Cook it with the other ingredients till it is well done (we should vaporize some alcohol).
