Angry Burger

This is my first dish in my 7-day series I'll be doing in "Made-at-home Fast Food favorites." The only difference between this and what you would get at BK in their Angry Whopper is the onion petals. However, I chose to do plain onion instead since it's healthier.

Steps
- 1
Pack beef into patty, place in frying pan over low heat and cover. Flip as needed, cook to 155°F internal temperature.
- 2
Wash vegetables and slice. Set aside.
- 3
Mix mayonaisse, ketchup, mustard, and tobasco.
- 4
When patty is cooked, sprinkle salt and pepper. Lay cheese on patty, and cover so cheese may melt.
- 5
Remove patty from pan, and set on paper towel to absorb grease. Wipe out pan, and set bun inside-down in pan to toast for 1-3 minutes.
- 6
Build, from bottom up: Bun, patty, onion, jalepeño, tomato, pickle, lettuce. Spread sauce on inside of top bun and press onto burger.
