Mix the ground beef with the egg, mustard, some cilantro, pepper to taste, and rice.

Heat the oil in a pot. Once hot, sauté the garlic, onion, chili pepper, and tomato.

Add the water.

While the water heats up, shape the meat mixture into small balls and add them to the pot along with the carrots, zucchini, and the rest of the cilantro.

Add chicken bouillon powder to taste and let simmer for about 20 minutes.
