It is a very simple and nutritious receipe for children and young people. Awesome taste and loved by everyone. Rich in protein helpful to growing children.
Steps

Put oil in pan and add jeera when oil is hot.

When it roasted then add chopped onion and roast it till translucent.
- 3
Add ginger paste and cook for 1 mintue and add chopped tomatoes.

Cook till masala leaves the oil. Add salt, green chilli, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and roast for 2 minutes.

Now add malai to this masala. And cook till it melts.

Crumble paneer and add to this masala, mix well. Cook till oil separates from it.

Add garam masala and mix well. Cook for 1 mintue.

Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve with chapati, Parantha.
