Ingredients

  1. 125 gramspaneer
  2. onion thinly sliced 2 large
  3. tomatoes 2 chopped
  4. 1 tablespoonginger paste
  5. green chilli 1 chopped or to taste
  6. salt 1 teaspoon or to taste
  7. red chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon or to taste
  8. 1/2 teaspoonturmeric powder
  9. 1/2 teaspoongaram masala
  10. 1/4 teaspoonjeera
  11. 1/2 cupfresh malai
  12. 1 tablespoonrefined oil
  13. coriander leaves for garnishing

Steps

  1. 1

    Put oil in pan and add jeera when oil is hot.

  2. 2

    When it roasted then add chopped onion and roast it till translucent.

  3. 3

    Add ginger paste and cook for 1 mintue and add chopped tomatoes.

  4. 4

    Cook till masala leaves the oil. Add salt, green chilli, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and roast for 2 minutes.

  5. 5

    Now add malai to this masala. And cook till it melts.

  6. 6

    Crumble paneer and add to this masala, mix well. Cook till oil separates from it.

  7. 7

    Add garam masala and mix well. Cook for 1 mintue.

  8. 8

    Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve with chapati, Parantha.
