Ingredients: 1/4 head cabbage; 1 carrot; 2 tablespoons lime juice; 1-2 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk, diluted with 2 tablespoons (25ml) warm water or milk; 1/2 teaspoon salt; 1 tablespoon sugar; 2/3 cup mayonnaise (about 150 grams)

Ingredients

1/4 headcabbage
1carrot
2 tablespoonslime juice
1-2 tablespoonssweetened condensed milk, diluted with 2 tablespoons (25ml) warm water or milk
1/2 teaspoonsalt
1 tablespoonsugar
2/3 cupmayonnaise (about 150 grams)

Wash the cabbage and carrot thoroughly, then slice thinly like this 👇

In a separate bowl, mix lime juice, sugar, salt, and sweetened condensed milk until the sugar and salt dissolve

Add mayonnaise, mix well, and put it into the salad bowl

Mix well, store in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours, coleslaw is ready to enjoy 😉

I've been craving to eat this coleslaw with crispy chicken like at KFC before... 😁 but I haven't made the chicken yet 😂😂😂
