Marinate the prawns with salt and turmeric for atleast an hour

Cook the marinated prawns adding all the dry masala in flame.

Don't add water because prawns will leave some water while cookinThe prawns shold be ready in 15 to 20 minutes

For the tadka heat some oil in a pan

Add curry leaves, chopped onion and cooked prawns to it

Stir fry it for two mins

Chopped coriander for garnishing
