Kungpow Pork (non-spicy)

Kungpow is traditionally spicy, with dried killer chili that will spice everything up, but there's this one guy in the house that's not into spicy food so, here's the alternate version =) (and this is pork, traditional is chicken)

Kungpow is traditionally spicy, with dried killer chili that will spice everything up, but there's this one guy in the house that's not into spicy food so, here's the alternate version =) (and this is pork, traditional is chicken)

Marinade meat with soy sauce, Oyster sauce, salt, sugar, pepper, rice wine

Add a little oil into pot topped with minced garlic marinated meat, carrots and onions (onions can be used last if you prefer them crunchy)

Add water to cover and cook on high for 12 to 15 mins

Add onion (and dried chili) on top and continue cooking on low for 4 to 6 hours

Before finishing, stir in vinegar, seasoning, sesame seed oil, watered-down cornstarch, (chili paste if you're using), peanuts, cook for another 20 mins

Stir, taste, adjust and enjoy
