I learned this recipe from my grandma ☺ She used to make it when I was a child, and I always watched her chop everything and make it taste so good 😊😊😊 Now I make it for my two loves—my one-year-old daughter, who loves it 😊, and my husband, too. You can also make it with tuna😉

In a bowl, add the onion, parsley, tomato, ground beef, pepper, salt, and soy sauce.

Mix everything together well.

Add the eggs and mix, then add the flour and mix well again.

Heat oil in a skillet. Use two spoons to shape the mixture and place it in the skillet. Once one side is browned, flip it and press gently with a spoon to make it round or as close as possible 😄.

Serve with rice if you like 😋 Enjoy.
