2 servings
  • 1/4 lbsmoked sausage
  • 1 largetomato
  • 1/2 tspcilantro
  • 1/2 cupolives
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/4 cuplime juice
  • 1 tbspgrated parmesan cheese

Steps

  1. 1

    Slice the sausage. Chop tomatoes.

    Add to hot oil. Slice the olives in half, and add those. Add salt and pepper squeeze the lime juice stirring

    When done move to a bowl add cheese and cilantro. Serve hope you enjoy!
