Potato Kibbeh (Batata Kibbeh)
Delicious, light, and loved by everyone.
Steps

Prepare the filling by cooking the ground beef with almonds, cilantro, salt, and black pepper as in my previous recipes.

Mash the potatoes and mix with the eggs and a pinch of salt.

Shape the potato mixture into discs, fill each with the prepared filling, form into rounds, and coat with fine breadcrumbs.

Fry in plenty of hot oil.

Serve hot with vegetables and salad. Enjoy!
