Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 3medium sized fresh tomatoes
  2. 4fresh eggs
  3. Green stems of 3 spring onions
  4. 1/2 teaspoonsalt
  5. 1/2 teaspoonsugar
  6. 1/2 teaspoonchicken power
  7. Enough water to cover tomatoes and egg

Steps

  1. 1

    Chop up the tomatoes into big chunks

  2. 2

    Break the eggs into a bowl and whisk together

  3. 3

    Cut the spring onions into little pieces

  4. 4

    Heat up some oil in a wok until hot. Add the tomatoes. Fry until tomatoes go mushy and then put into a bowl

  5. 5

    Heat up some oil until hot. Add the eggs and cook like an omelette. Break up the egg into small pieces.

  6. 6

    Add the tomatoes to the egg and fry together. Add boiling water until tomatoes and egg are covered.

  7. 7

    Add the spring onion, salt, sugar and chicken powder and boil the soup for 1 minute.

  8. 8

    Take out and serve with boiled rice.
