In a hot Sufuria, add cooking oil and the onions. Cook until golden brown

Add the tomatoes and cook on medium heat until soft to crush.

Add the carrots and beef cubes. Slowly stir together and cook for 3mins.

Add the potatoes and the plaintains together. Add salt and the tumeric, mix thoughly.

Let cook for 3mins on medium heat and continue to mix together.

Add your water and leave to cook until ready. Once ready, turn off heat and add your dhania cut into small pieces.

Serve with slices of avocado and enjoy!
