Liver stew and ugali served with veges
Steps

Place the 1/2 the onions in boiled liver and 50ml cooking oil and stir.

Add tomatoes and cover for 2-3 minutes then crash the tomatoes and add water mixed with royco

Add salt and cover for 5minutes then turn off heat and set aside.

Place onions in a sufuria and add oil and stir. Add the tomatoes(2) and cover then crash them when they have softened.

Add the spinach and a little water and salt. Let the spinach cook for 3minutes then turn off the heat.

Boil 3cups of water for the ugali.Add 1cup of flour as you stir then keep on adding flour until the ugali starts becoming firm but not too firm

Keep on stirring the ugali until it is ready then overturn on a plate and shape using the flat spoon.

Serve the ugali with the veges and liver
