Steps

Heat the milk and add the sugar.

When the milk thickenes, stir in the cornflour mixed in plain milk band bring to a boil.

Remove from the heat and allow to cool.

Add the yogurt and grated chocolate,.Freeze.when half frozen, add the fresh cream and rose essence.

Blend well.Transfer the mixture into ring shaped moulds.

Sprinkle the almonds, sliced and. Keep the moulds covered in the deep freezer and allow to set.

When set, unmould, and garnish with falooda and rose syrup. Serve chilled

Rose and curd give coolness originally.
