Boil and wash rice.boil again then add salt to taste,Boil till is soft and dry.

Cut and boil fish with salt,Thyme,onion and Maggi.boil for 7mins.

Place a dry pan on fire,add oil allow to fry for 4mins then add the fish one after the other and turn till is well fried.

Place a dry pan on fire add groundnut oil,allow to fry small then add onions,thyme and the blended tomatoes.stir

Taste to make sure the tomatoes has fried well.add the stock then stir and small amt of water.other ingredients and allow to boil.the stew is ready.

Cut the cabbage,carrots,Boil the egg for 6 mins and allow to cool before cutting and vegetable.avegetable.add salad cream on top.salad is ready.
