Ingredients

15 minutes
2 people
  • 3 cupsready (boiled) maize and beans mixed
  • to tastesalt
  • 2 tablespooncooking oil
  • 1onion chopped
  • 2potatoes chopped
  • 1carrot chopped
  • 2tomatoes chopped
  • 1capsicum sliced
  • 1 bunchpumpkin leaves chopped
  • 1 1/2 glasswater
  • 1crushed pepper (medium size)

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Fry onions till golden brown

  2. 2

    Add tomatoes, cook till they for a paste

  3. 3

    Add potatoes, capsicum, carrots, salt,pepper and pumpkin leaves and cook for 3-5 minutes

  4. 4

    Add maize and beans mix well with the rest that is cooking

  5. 5

    Add water cook for around 5-8 minutes and its ready to serve
