Ingredients

2 servings

300 gboiled beans
200 gboiled maize
3carrots
leavescoriander
3tomatoes
1onions
cooking oil
1avocado

Steps

Stir fry the onions with oil till golden brown then add tomatoes.

Then stir and add chopped carrots. Once soft add the beans and maize. Stir and add coriander leaves.

Add a little water then add salt. Let it cook for 10 mins.

Remove from heat and serve. Eat with avocado.
