  • 1onion
  • to tasteSalt
  • Oil for frying

Steps

    Mix yeast in warm water add to the semolina

  2. 2

    Leave to rise for about 1 hour

  3. 3

    Add salt and diced onion

  4. 4

    Fry in masa fryer

  5. 5

    Enjoy with soup or stew of your choice
