Bring 4 cups of water to boiling. Add flour and stir till your ugali is ready.

Boil your chicken to make it soft.

Put little oil and onion on your pan. Give it time to turn brown.

Add ginger and garlic, stir then add tomatoes. Stir for 5 minutes then add your chicken. keep stiring till it turns brown.

Add salt

Steam your spinach then add olive oil.

Serve nicely to your family while hot.
