Ingredients

  1. 4 cupsmaize flour
  2. 1full chicken chopped 8 parts
  3. 4 cupschopped spinach
  4. 2big size onion
  5. 3 clovesgarlic crushed
  6. small piece ginger crushed
  7. 3tomatoes chopped
  8. to tastesalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Bring 4 cups of water to boiling. Add flour and stir till your ugali is ready.

  2. 2

    Boil your chicken to make it soft.

  3. 3

    Put little oil and onion on your pan. Give it time to turn brown.

  4. 4

    Add ginger and garlic, stir then add tomatoes. Stir for 5 minutes then add your chicken. keep stiring till it turns brown.

  5. 5

    Add salt

  6. 6

    Steam your spinach then add olive oil.

  7. 7

    Serve nicely to your family while hot.
